Jiangsu Medium Pressure Gas Box AGV Flexible Production Line

　　This project is a gas box production line for an electric equipment company, with production line parameters: designed capacity of 15 units/day, maximum single product weight of 1.2 tons, and the characteristics of the production line:

　　1. Adopts AMR circular production line layout, compatible with conventional gas box specifications for production. The industry-first customized AMR can achieve posture and height adjustments during the product assembly process, greatly improving operability and safety during assembly.

　　2. Equipped with a fully automated raw material storage system and line-side material buffer warehouse, using AGV for material delivery on the production line.

　　3. Key processes are supported by fully automated testing equipment and tightening equipment, significantly improving product assembly quality.

　　4. Equipped with a production line-level MES system to realize the entire process informationization from order import, planning and scheduling, process reporting, data traceability to order status.
