This project is a new construction project for the welding assembly line in the Jingmen automotive main plant. The welding assembly line project is divided into four subcontracting packages, with the scope of each package as follows: Main welding line: includes main line body (UB, MB), top cover line, gripping tools, and manual fixtures for the line body, achieving multi-model co-line production. Left and right side enclosure lines: includes left and right side enclosure line fixtures, gripping tools, and manual fixtures, achieving multi-model co-line production. Cabin floor line: includes cabin, front floor, rear floor line fixtures, gripping tools, and manual fixtures, achieving multi-model co-line production. Door cover line: includes five-door one-cover line fixtures, vehicle adjustment auxiliary tools, gripping tools, and manual fixtures, achieving multi-model co-line production. This project started design in July and August 2022, completed on-site installation and debugging in December along with model mass production support before being delivered to the client for use; the project has now been accepted.
