A supporting line-level MES system to achieve the entire process of product informationization from order import, production scheduling, process reporting, data traceability, to order status.
This project is a charging pile production line for an electric equipment company, with the following parameters: designed capacity of 45 seconds per unit, and the characteristics of the production line:
1. The production line includes fully automatic tightening, automatic conductive paste coating, robotic handling, and other automation equipment, which enhances capacity while also increasing product quality stability;
2. A supporting MES system at the production line level is implemented to achieve full-process information management from order import, production scheduling, process reporting, data traceability to order status.
